Most of our employees have come through our student / volunteering pathway! This experience allows potential employees to experience what it is like to work at GCRS and the type of support and programs we provide.
When it comes time to seek new team members, we first look at all of our current students and volunteers who are already demonstrating the qualities we look for. Therefore we do encourage all prospective employees to volunteer with us first, however completely understand that not every one is in a position to do so.
Unfortunately we are at capacity with volunteers and students at the moment therefore we are not taking any new applications at this time.
