SUMMARY:DISCO AND GCRS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
DESCRIPTION:Gold Coast Recreation & Sport Inc will be holding its Annual General Meeting at 4 pm on Saturday 11th August 2018\, at Bavia House\, Broadbeach Waters.  Everyone is invited to attend the AGM to hear about the achievements of the organisation over the past 12 months.  \nThe GCRS Disco will follow the AGM\, commencing at 5.30 pm.  Please note that bus pick ups for the AGM will be 2 hours earlier for this DISCO only. \nGCRS Discos are a fun way to have a night out with your friends.  We have a great DJ playing music all night and dinner is included also for $ 10.00 Entry.  Discos are suitable for everyone aged 16 and over. \nGCRS members that attend programs regularly and don’t require support or assistance\, are welcome to come along anytime. \nIf you are not a GCRS member or have never met us before\, please phone our office to book in for the Disco. \nAs our Discos are run purely by volunteers you will need to bring someone with you if you need support or assistance. \nWe have limited transport available for GCRS members.  Please phone the office or email us at admin@gcrs.com.au to request a transport booking.  Transport is allocated on a first in first served basis. \n
